Costa Rica Finca Herbazu Red Honey


Jackrabbit Java brings another exquisite Costa Rican coffee to its customers - this time, a red honey processed micro-lot (red honey processed coffees have even more sweet, sticky mucilage left on the coffee bean as it dries giving the coffee an even sweeter flavor). Grown on a farm in Herbazu, located in the West Valley Region of Costa Rica along the volcanic mountain range, this SHB EP coffee was only available in small quantities. Roasted to a light-medium level, this coffee has notes of red plum, black raspberry, and raw sugar with a syrupy body.
