Ethiopian Yirgacheffee Kochere Debo


Jackrabbit Java's Single Origin Ethiopian Yirgacheffe - the coffee of Ethiopian royalty - is light-roasted, with a creamy body that features richly citric and floral notes of watermelon, lime, strawberry and nectarine. Grown at altitudes between 1,850 and 2,000 masl, this grade 1 washed Ethiopian coffee comes from around 600 smallholder farmers in Debo, Kochere district, in the famous Yirgacheffe region of southern Ethiopia.
