Ethiopian Yirgacheffee Kochere Debo
Jackrabbit Java's Single Origin Ethiopian Yirgacheffe - the coffee of Ethiopian royalty - is light-roasted, with a creamy body that features richly citric and floral notes of watermelon, lime, strawberry and nectarine. Grown at altitudes between 1,850 and 2,000 masl, this grade 1 washed Ethiopian coffee comes from around 600 smallholder farmers in Debo, Kochere district, in the famous Yirgacheffe region of southern Ethiopia.

Narcissus, red plum, cocoa nib, bay leaf, maple syrup in aroma and cup. Gently tart structure with deep, juicy acidity; very syrupy-smooth mouthfeel.
