Southern Peru 'CECOVASA' FTO


Grown in the Sandia Valley - a southern region of Peru - this Fair Trade Organic coffee is certified SHB EP. Aside from the washed processing of this coffee, it is fermented for 14 hours and patio dried.  Producing a clean, crisp cup, this medium-roasted coffee produces rich fruit notes of apple, cherry, and blackberry along with a smooth dark chocolate flavor. 

'CECOVASA' is a co-op established in 1970 by five different co-ops collaboratively working to improve their crop and widen their global presence. Today is is one of the largest small producer organizations in Peru. The member producers are known for producing high quality coffee, may winning various national awards for their product.
