This sweet Mexican coffee comes out of the Chiapas region, and is fully traceable to women-owned farmers. Over the years the Chiapas region has developed and improved their processing abilities, and it now delivers some of the best coffee available in Mexico. This washed coffee has sweet notes of citrus honey, yellow apple, and clementine.
