Costa Rica La Naciente Black Honey Process

This microlot honey processed coffee is from Finca El Mango in the Chirripo District of Costa Rica. Black honey coffees are often sweeter than other honey coffees such as red or yellow. This mix of the catuai, caturra, and villasarchi varietals has notes of peach, blood orange, mango, and blackberry.
